2. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a Delegation Strategy Call:
This is our secret to truly effective service! You’ll tell Ashley what you want to get off your plate, and she’ll create a custom 90-day plan outlining what you’ll delegate, how we’ll support you, and what our next three months together will look like.
3. Then it’s time to Onboard:
You’ll get your Elevate EA setup in your system and we’ll start taking over those tasks and responsibilities you’re ready to let go of. The time you invest in onboarding upfront means a smooth, productive working relationship right from day one!
4. As we work together, you’ll provide Feedback:

It was that joy and fulfillment that inspired me to create Elevate – training and cultivating a team of experienced, passionate Executive Assistants, all working together to help more clients reach their goals, find actual work/life balance, and get back to focusing on what they do best!
