Getting started is a simple, collaborative process
1. Schedule your Delegation Strategy Call
This is our secret to truly effective assistance! You’ll spend 90 minutes 1:1 with our founder, Ashley, as she creates a detailed 90-day plan outlining what you’ll delegate, how we’ll support you, and what our first three months together will look like.
2. Align our systems
You’ll get your Elevate EA setup in your system and we’ll start taking over the tasks and responsibilities eating up your time & brainspace. The time you invest in onboarding upfront pays dividends in your working relationship, right from day one!
3. Ongoing support & adaptions
We structure our services so that we are giving regular mutual feedback. We constantly improve how we work together so that you - and your output - are positioned for business growth.

founder of Elevate.
As an experienced Executive Assistant, Travel Agent, Project Manager, and Certified Director of Operations, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with some incredible clients over the years. Being part of my clients’ success brought me so much joy! It was that joy and fulfillment that inspired me to create Elevate – training and cultivating a team of experienced, passionate Executive Assistants, all working together to help more clients reach their goals, find actual work/life balance, and get back to focusing on what they do best!
